Lost reasons allow you to identify the most common reasons for losing sales opportunities.

Lost reasons can be found in your account settings under the sales settings

By default, the most common reasons for lost deals are added to your account.

To add another lost reason, Click "+ Add Lost Reason" type in the lost reason name and hit save.

When you move an enquiry to the lost stage in your sales pipeline or inbox, a popup box will show which prompts you to input the lost reason and add a description.
