*Product imports can only be accessed by your accounts Team Admin users

Bulk importing your products into your EnquiryBot in just a few clicks.

Step 1 - Go to your account settings, under sales, select Products

Step 2 - Download the sample spreadsheet - click here to download

Step 3 - Fill in the details of the spreadsheet including

*Make sure the product category names match "case sensitive" the names of your categories.

Step 4 - Select the bot you would like to upload the products for

Step 5 - Upload your file

You can upload new categories by adding them in the category field on the sample spreadsheet. Once uploaded they will be auto generated.
