Due to the recent AWS service outage, some email features in EnquiryBot are temporarily impacted:
Enquiry notification emails (new enquiry emails) are currently not sending.
Outbound replies to enquiries sent from the platform are currently not sending.
Please note, if you are using the Boxly CRM platform, this is unaffected by this outage and the email service is functioning as normal.
What’s unaffected:
You can log in as normal and see all new and existing enquiries in your dashboard.
Workaround for urgent replies:
Please reply from your own email client for now and, if helpful, add a note in the platform to keep the thread complete.
We’re monitoring AWS recovery closely and will restore full email functionality as soon as it’s available.
We’ll notify you again once everything is back to normal.
