Adding a billing contact

Add members of the team who you want to receive monthly subscription invoices via email

When your account is first created a default person is added to receive via email your monthly subscription invoices.

You may in some cases need to also send invoices to someone else like your bookkeeper or accountant.

To do this, follow the simple steps below:

Step 1. Login to your account and click on the settings icon on the left-hand menu

Step 2. Click on Account and Billing

Step 3. Click on the Billing Contacts tab

Step 4. Click Add Contacts

Step 5. Fill in the details of the contact you would like to add and click save

And that's it! The contact you added will now receive and email each month with a link to your monthly EnquiryBot subscription invoice.
